Betty's Tea Rooms are just a minute's walk away, and Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre is only a 2-minute walk. The Royal Pump Rooms are a 3-minute walk, and Valley Gardens can be reached in a 5-minute walk.

Payments by debit cards are free, Visa and Mastercard payments are charged 2.5% commission and American Express 4% commission. Please note that check-in details and directions will be sent separately. The apartments are located at 16 Parliament Street, HG1 2QZ. Later check in available by arrangement. Although apartments are soundproofed, due to the city centre location, some noise disruption may be experienced from the adjacent late bars. The apartments are located on the upper floors of the building, so may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties or young children.
